Greetings "Burn in Hell" (Mr DD) Manfred,
You Wrote: You should keep your mouth shut instead of posting such a nonsense here. You are atttacking the J/M buy rec, but what about the Asensio short sell rec? He issued it AFTER he sold ccsi short. Very noble, indeed. ************ What I said above is true; the J/M - CCSI deal is a total rip off of the regular stockholders. The insiders of this scam will make money no matter how much money the average joe looses."
Our system should have some safeguards so that this kind of rip off can not occur. One idea is to require 95% stockholder approval before issuing more stock. It appears that most of the stockholders are sheep led to be sheared or slaughtered by company touts such as yourself, Jaybird and Skippy.
The Asensio strong sell recommendation is quite different that the J/M buy recommendation. Even if Asensio was short the stock before his recommendation, so what. He would have shorted the stock at the market price at the time. The "market" can listen to what Asensio has to say or ignore him. The difference is that "stock pumper and dumper" J/M acquired their "far below market" position in CCSI as a result of a crooked deal as far as the prior shareholders go. This type of deal should be illegal. After such a shady deal, the stock looses value (if it had any in the first place), and becomes even more of a questionable investment. The underhanded shady deal between CCSI and J/M was ok though, cause, Skippy in his infinate wisdom said something like "don't worry about it, it is common practice" in a prior post.
This is where people like David S., Barb P, Mr Pink and Asensio come in. These people are doing a great service to the free market investment system. They are not like your standard farmyard sheep type of investor who is led to the shearing or slaughter by the first company paid stock promoter. We need to put these scam stock "pumper and dumper" operations out of business. In the long run on average, the common joe investors loose money from "pumper and dumper" operations, only the insider stock dumpers make money.
People like David S. and the others mentioned above have a certain amount of ability to see when a stock is grossly overvalued or fraudulent. Asensio has just pointing out a few facts.
I suggest that any investor read Asenios' reports on his web page and then make up your own mind (It appears that "Burn in Hell" Manfred has already made up his mind). Do not read the Jaybird version it is 1/10 complete, go to the source.
Have a nice day,
