It's my opinion that you realize you have little left to lose by posting as you do here on the internet. If you had any chance to win in court it has certainly been diminished to a very large degree... Be that as it may I just happen to be a nice guy. I feel sorry for you because you are no longer a part of this company just when it is on the verge of success. Congratulations on the patent! I'm sure that if ABMI can benefit from the announcement they will issue a press release. It's really not up to you or me to decide when press releases are issued. Neither of us is in charge of this company. It seems to me that one of us would like to see the company succeed and the other feels like this is the place to discuss his lawsuit. It's not, and I don't think you are doing American BioMed or it's shareholders any justice. I can't stop you from posting. However I cannot stand idly by and let you spread half truths and lies about the company in a fashion that will damage shareholder equity. There is always two sides to every story and I know there must be some validity to your's but..... I have said this before and I will say it one more time. Try your case in court not on the internet.
