For FACTS on DGIV , spend some time and read the DGIV info. thread to see why we are so bullish on DGIV FUNDAMENTALS.
Keep in mind, this is a young company on an exponential growth curve-look at what it has accomplished since March and look at how high the share price has risen during that time! That takes into account the concerted efforts of naysayers. QUITE IMPRESSIVE, don't you think?

With TIME, more confirmation of DGIV FUNDAMENTALS will be obvious, IMO.
