Robert,
I welcomed the press release that said the dilution was over.
I thought with the company no longer selling new shares on the market
the stock price could find its own level on the market. It wasn't a week after that PR that 144's were filed with the SEC to sell privately owned restricted shares. That makes me wonder why. Why sell them for a nickel when you can wait and sell them for a dime or even a quarter. I don't have the answer to that one, but the man doing the selling knows more about the future of the stock than all of us put together. If the owner of the company is willing to sell his shares for a nickel it doesn't seem reasonable that we'll see a dime any time soon.
