Earlier this year BCAM contracted with PR firm to get more exposure
to investors. Traditionaly these PR firms are paid in stock as the companies doing the hiring have little cash. Conversely, the better the PR firm does the more the stock is worth. That may be what the recent stock registrations were all about. If that is the case be very cautious with this stock. Once the PR firms has pumped it for all its worth they will sell off their stock. While this kind of deal
does get a company more exposure experienced investors lean to stay away cause the price will crash as fast as it rises. The PR firm could care less about BCAM or its investors. They will hype the stock to the limits of the law and sell when they feel its peaked. Last month there were two or three stock registrations of 5% or greater
ownership. If that was PR firms registering their payday, this stock is doomed. On the other hand it may have been private investors who know something we don't.
