Enjoy your holiday! The dollar labour costs in Mongolia aren't too onerous. The cost per tonne shouldn't change much at all, but MGR's plan would be to use more expat. labour. This will increase the cost per tonne somewhat, but we'd expect a better level of productivity so over all costs per ounce should be too different. Dave
