A post from Yahoo - Why to buy SEEC at these levels:

No_Panic_Here
Jun 2 1998
2:11AM EDTSEEC's Cash = 35mil/6.08mil shares = $5.76
SEEC's Book Value = $2.77
CASH+BOOK = $5.76+$2.77 = $8.43
SEEC's Revenues:
wsrn.com
=revenue s
SEEC's Earnings:
wsrn.com
=netinco me
SEEC's Debt:
wsrn.com
=longter mdebt
SEEC's future:
Y2K (Tons of Y2K partners, $$$/line of code), EURO ($$$ are just
starting to come), Legacy Systems (not too many companies doing this),
Migration (more $$$)
Why the price down?
Shorts, Margin calls, NASDAQ correction, Y2K negative sentiment
Why price will go up tomorrow?
Completed the head and shoulder technical pattern. Shorts will try to
cover before it shoots up (because of low float). NASDAQ should bounce
up tomorrow (10% correction from the high is almost over)
Will SEEC go down tomorrow?
If someone selling tomorrow below $8.43 (book+cash) they are absolutely
insane or short.
Are fundamentals intact:
Yes. Todays interview shows that their growth is going to be high. For a
high growth company this price is ridiculous.
Am I buying tomorrow:
You bet I am.
Have fun and let us together squeeze the shorts (# of short shares are
up in May). Tomorrow will be the start of Short Squeeze.
