Mark-From the 10K Valence's long term debt less than 1% of assets. In your post #3970 you said << Right Fred, its ok to borrow money. Now listen carefully, its not ok to have more debts than assets>>? You also implied that they would get unfavorable terms because of their debt.

Long term debt was stated as $399 thousand and assets $42.9 million. Even If they borrowed $10 or $20 million they would still not have more debts than assets.

I suggest you read more carefully. If you don't understand 10k's and the like, check with someone who does before jumping to conclusions. Again, go back and read recent post by Mooter, a corporate finance veteran, for a balanced interpretation of companies financial situation.
