Ram:

One thing out of the CC that bothers me most is:

The rev. would've been only $4.1 mil even if those missed deals were closed B4 qtr end. That's flat from 3/98 qtr.

SEEC said in CC that partnership with UIS is producing strong results especially from Korea and Brazil, but the loss of ISLI due to their merger with MicroFocus will clearly put a big drain on their growth potential. THey will now have to work very hard to make up for the loss revenue. That would make the revenue growth even harder. UNLESS THE PANIC ACTUALLY HIT!!!

SEEC is clearly a value play right now, however, value has not mean too much these days, especially the window of opportunity is not that great. Afterall, we are only 18 mo from Y2K, and all the focus will be on their post Y2K potential, which is unproven and unconvincing for SEEC.
