Doug,

I mentioned a few months ago when FPAM took its dive down to its current level (or close to the current level) about the similarities between FPAM and CRH. CRH has yet to recover. Although FPAM is much stronger in terms of revenues.

What is your thought about the number of lawsuits against FPAM and the possible further dilution of shares should these lawsuits succeed (not to mention the cash that FPAM would need to cough up for fighting the lawsuit and paying damages).

If I recall, the lawsuit in CRH resulted in me receiving about 15% of the number of shares that I originally held and also about 6% in cash in the amount of money I had lost. It paid for my beer for a couple of months anyway?

I hope if a similar situation arises with FPAM, then FPAM will be able to survive.

Kurt

PS I am neither long nor short at this time but just observing.
