BUGS Convertible Preferreds conversion provisions don't depend on the price of the common. The higher the price of the common, the happier that owner will be. The price of the common impacts the price of the Preferred when it was issued. But that is prior to the present. So I don't see any validity to that theory. We are talking about pretty low trading volumes here, so I don't make too much of it. But I also agree with you that it is the ongoing evolution of the company good or bad which will determine the stock price. I personally anticipate a lot of good news coming from the company in the near future. They were stretched for cash I believe and now will have the resources to begin moving ahead with their plans. I would be happy to see more financing come in i.e. in the $1 - 5 MM range. That would really get me excited. Or alternatively to financing coming into BUGS, some strong partners with deep pockets. They have made a lot of progress in a relatively short time and I think they plan to move ahead even more rapidly now. Let's hope this happens and that they not meet to many roadblocks.
