Another factor which may be taking place here is that this company reversed into a shell. Apparently it was in the cellular business prior to this. Through the process there are undoubtedly a few significant shareholders who have a very low cost basis in the stock and lots of shares. These would be the previous insiders and the "deal guys" who enginered the deal. Seeing that the stock has developed a trading level, it would be normal for them to liquidate some into strength and more when the move up ends. After all, they just want the money and to move on more than likely.
The good news is there are limited shares outstanding so the overhang should not be considerable. If you like the stock, take the downward moves as an opportunity to build your position. If you are not so high on it but want to stay in the gain, quit worring and wait. Last option, sell when it moves up and buy back in when it falls back.
