Dave, technicality or not it is my experience that with
volatile stocks the shares are converted as soon as possible and unloaded for as small a profit as 10 or 20 cents a share!

I am just giving a heads up, I have seen it a few times with Canadian stocks soon after a financing. Check out what happened to Tri-Vision international (T.TVL). The stock dropped from 3 or 4 dollars to a dollar under similar selling pressure. THey had a special situation with warrants and convertibles. Also a mutual fund started dumping convertibles it had received at .90 cents a share!

Anyway, Jetform is volatile, from the finacers point of view it is best to get your money out when you can.

I still maintain that since the conversion date has passed, you will see jetform under selling pressure every time it goes above 21 a share.

Is Jetform Optionable?

Cheers,

Graham
