I guess I see that filing in a different light. Yes, it does sound like they have not been doing enough due diligence in the companies they have acquired - and it looks like they have inherited a few problems with these new subs that they should have discovered.

But the earnings show that the company seems to do quite a decent job running the companies already under their wing. The earnings growth of these subs is considerably higher than average of companies in the industry. Also I suspect that the filing singled out those two new subs and showed their losses for a reason. I suspect that the company believes they are in the process of getting these companies straightened and will have something to say about that in the earnings monday. If the company has another weak quarter (obviously expected given the price of the stock) but can effectively argue that these new subs will break even going forward, then especially with these new large contracts, earnings should be solid the last half of the year.
We will see....
