Dr. I'm not sure I want to get into spelling out my reservations. or suspicions. I think people can do their own home work. That I have suspicions of a scam should not prevent any one from buying ACTC. And I have no personal agenda to bash the company, in fact I've made money off the stock in the past. I simply suggest for people to look at the insider transactions, the loans, and all the acquisitions, and make up their own mind. I find a lack of certain details in the news releases questionable, and the timing of the insider transactions vs the loans questionable. This could be a coincidence, and the omitted details I allude to may have been an oversight; still if so that would not sit well with me as to management being competent. Either way I look at that, it's not good. I've really said all I want to in regards to ACTC Caveat emptor Jim
