Does anyoneknow what the S-8 that qdrx filed today was about? An s-8 is a report of unscheduled events which could impact the shareholders or sec. I.E. acquisition,bankruptcy, resignation or a change in fiscal year. That definition was from the s.e.c. It must not have been good or else the stock would not have tanked like it did.
