Regarding some of the responses to my post, I think it is important to comment. First I would like to comment regarding the statement "virtually guaranteed success" and my statement taken to insinuate insider information that is available. It appears that there are some knowledgeable people that have expressed their opinions concerning these statements and I can not deny their point of view. I believe FLTT can accomplish its' goals without overstating the company's position. There are no absolute guarantees in any investment and that is what makes an investor responsible for his own actions when he invests in any deal. There are and always will be certain risks connected with any investment including Fresh'n Lite.

Here are the facts:

1. FLTT has made application to the NASDAQ to be a Small Cap National Market listed company.

2. FLTT has completed its' minimum requirements including maintaining a $4.00 price per share for 22 consecutive trading days.

3. In anticipation of meeting all requirements FLTT filed its' form 10SB with the SEC in October of 1997.

4. It is obvious that FLTT continues to be shorted in the market. Although shorting is part and parcel of the market, any company who experiences this invasion of it's stock value never has to worry in the long run if they are a sound company.

5. FLTT has received all funding necessary to complete its' goals for expansion over the next two years. By year's end, with Two additional Restaurants in the Dallas / Fort Worth market, the company should Triple revenues. A total of Twenty Restaurants are projected for this market area.

6. FLTT is an investment, not a day trade. Any investment in the company at this level should be considered long-term growth. This company will be in a strong growth pattern for the next Two to Three years

7. The only thing FLTT needs is Market support while it continues on the OTCBB. Once it has been granted its' Small Cap National Market status, genuine support from brokerage firms will help stabilize the stock price and provide enhanced liquidity for all investors including margin capabilities!!!!
