Hi Dr, Well to me this don't look good biz.yahoo.com In most cases were an insider gets options there is a clause that prevents them selling for reasonable period. I do note some sales were before her run up last year, and that the insiders themselves seem to have been some what surprised at the run up. ----------- As to the acquisitions, other than what ACTC has had to say about them I can't find any real information. I have done searches for the companies and come up with blanks. I went to ACTC home page and found a slick professionally done page BUT actmo.com Notice the date.. ---------------- I have not heard any rumors or such, just my own digging, but that now causes me to think I was just real lucky last year. I still can't explain why she jumped up the way she did. Hell she may do it again, but what are the odds on that ? ------------------ I will look at her again if she falls below the $2 mark and Sullivan hasn't sold his 600000 shares <G> Jim
