If you read the article closely, it says in there they are being charged with fraud.
Now, you can make whatever you want of it, apparently you have a double standard here.
There have been many many accusations concerning certain people on this board, but there is a small? difference isn't there?
Show me the charges bought against them.
When and IF that happens, then your "rush to defend" may have a little more weight.
As it stands now, it seems that the consensus is, that the SEC usually does not bring charges unless they know they are a winner.
I also don't remember you being so willing to defend people that have not even been charged with anything!
If I am wrong, please show me the posts and I will admit my error.
