EH?? "It's not okay to have more debts than assets." Well, as my god-daughter would say, "DUH!!" Of course, here in the good 'ol U.S. of A. that's sometimes bass ackwards, eh? But I hope you weren't implying that VLNC falls into this same category. According to page 49 of their 10K, long term debt due after one year is $4.9 Million. Correct me if I'm wrong here, financial wizard that I am(heh!), but me think's they've a tad more in assets than that, eh? John~
