Rudy, I'd like to make a comment first and then ask a question. Comment -- it is a big mistake for companies to peg R&D expenditures to sales. R&D is essentially an investment in future products and processes, and thus, should be logically independent of current results. Question -- at the risk of sounding naive, why should high end servers require such a large R&D budget? What is being researched and/or developed? Isn't virtually all of the technology available to all players through Intel and other component manufacturing companies? TTFN, CTC
