Cytotekk, Would you or anyone on this tread know if the private investor has the right or means to access tax records (IRS) or filings of public traded companies. Since many BB stocks don't make timely financial reports, I feel that this avenue may provide me with adequate DD on MINE as well other junior exploration companies that I am presently researching. Any leads on this subject would be appreciated. Thank's in advance.... dd
