1. You are taking the side of the enemies of Jesus (Pbuh) who Jesus reported never understood him (I have reference). I am saying the Jews knew he was claiming deity. I believe Jesus himself was claiming he could forgive sins in this passage, which only God can do! 2. This is not an explicit statement by Jesus (Pbuh). OK, it is implicit! All though I don't know why that makes a difference. Implicit or explicit, it still says he has God's ability to forgive sins, hence making him ___ . 3. Jesus (Pbuh) tells us that he only speaks God's words. God speaks God's words...I think I agree with this one! God Bless You, Steve
