I tried to withdraw cash with my Waterhouse
ATM card at several local ATM machines, and
was told by the machines that a $1.00 transaction
fee would be imposed. I remember reading that
it supposedly allows free cash withdraws at
hundreds of thousands of locations. Anyone has
information regarding this issue? Thanks.
