Heaven help us anyway, Bill. :-)

This bull market has to revert to the mean at some point. The longer we go -- the more certain and dramatic the reversion will be.

After a dramatic adjustment, everyone will have a reason.

We already know that people are spending more because they feel better off about retirement and job security. Consumer confidence at an all-time high, while bankruptices are growing exponentially. Fed warning banks not to get overzealous loaning to small businesses. Individuals and many business are already overextended discounting the continued balance. Individually we may have very good memory, but collectively we tend to forget the recent periods of malaise that our economy has come through.
