I only hope that whatever the verdict is, it is the right one.
We here will not decide anything, we can only discuss.
I do think that a lot was established, not the least of which was the unwillingness of several parties to comment. That lesson was not missed by the lurkers, I am sure.
No matter what anybody says, to "sit" on a thread and post day in and day out about people who are "guilty" of supposedly fraudulent behavior, and then when it happens, and is published in a newspaper for all to read, and not say ONE word about it, is IMO, despicable.
There has been other casualties, here also.
Credibilty of certain people, the first that comes to mind.
You, however, FWIW have my compliments for addressing the issue, and contributing.
