People who know the rules for post-grubber points, but try to stretch them to fit their own special situation. Particularly those who reverse a rule, like when 347 would qualify because 3+4=7, but 743 doesn't because there is no rule that says 7=4+3 gets points, so they try to make everybody feel badly for them and hopefully get an instant rules committee meeting, but everybody is tired from last night's fireworks, so nobody cares about the situation, and ignores the request because it is so annoying.
