StockMavin, Coolbreeze, Marilyn and all other dreamers: Victor seems to be the only one who has his head on straight. I was a long time PKGP shareholder who made a little money before I bailed out. RA will have nothing meaningful to say on the 8th. He may let you know there were 100,000,000 shares of stock issued and outstanding before the split. He might let you know that he controls over 50% of the company through his Class "B" shares. He may even let you know that his financing will materially dilute your shareholder's equity again. He might and he might not. In any event, USXP is going down the toilet. Read some of the Yahoo posts and get a far more accurate picture of your situation than is presented here.
