Looking at AMZN's insider's sales, it would seem that their
"window" begins roughly 2 weeks after earnings come out, and
lasts for about a month. So, I'd say if there's any selling
pressure, expect to see it in early to mid. August.

My former employer, a network company, imposes a blank-out
period during which insiders can't sell. The blankout
period is lifted for a while after earning report every quarter.
This is not required by SEC, just a precaution to avoid
inside trading allegations. I imagine this is a common practice.

It would be interesting to see if there will be more insider
selling after AMZN reports.
