I have seen a number of major firms also take a JV position, and/or buy a minority interest in a small medical concern as well. About a year ago P&G did an arrangement with REGN. There are many other examples where a major firm buys in. I always like those because you know that the large firm is sharing resources and collaberating in general with the smaller firm. If any major firm did a similar thing with SGNC will see an explosion in this stock since it is + or - 75 cents.
