I think that you are right that AMZN will trade at a reasonable multiple sooner or later, which means that (IMHO) it will drop like an anvil some day. Any opinions on what will trigger that drop? As you have said, nobody expects earnings to occur anytime soon, so an 'earnings disappointment' probably won't be it. Perhaps revenues not growing at the anticipated torrid rate, or operating expenses (they're employing 800+ people now) blossoming faster than expected by the analytical wunderkind who view AMZN's business model as the newest new paradigm....
