Fred, I'll repeat it to you since you didnt get it the first (several) times. VLNC has negative WC. WC = CA - CL. Negative WC = Insufficient liquid assets to pay liabilities coming due w/in 12 months or less. Now, the next time you try to make a caustic point, make sure you don't embarass yourself before you hit the submit button.
