I see the downside on NSCP to be the mid 30's and the upside to be 50-80. I would not short NSCP here, i think you are taking a big risk. Granted, the valuations of the internet stock is excessive, but it the stocks in the internet play are the stocks that have toe holds in what is becoming the new paradigm of how business will be conducted: over the internet. NSCP is CHEAP !!! at 41 compared to the valuations of AOL, XCIT, YHOO, AMZN, etc. Larry
