Brooks Jackson: I assume that you are the Brooks Jackson of CNN news fame? In any event, since you are a journalist, it would be great if you could join the conference in South Florida this month, and prepare a report on it - perhaps present it on Lou Dobbs' "MoneyLine" sometime? This would give CKFR the exposure it needs! I already wrote TLindt the same thing!

Regarding a second matter: One of your earlier posts requested info regarding CKFR's Customer Service. My personal experience has been outstanding. I have used CKFR since it became available for the MAC - about 7 or 8 years ago. First I used CKFR's own software, and later I switched to using it through Quicken. I needed help when I spent a sabbatical year in another state, to transfer my account to a bank in that state. They held my hand through the process, and I had no problem at all - same thing upon returning home. Recently, I have been dunned for payment for a bill that I paid through CKFR (and which appeared on my bank statement as paid!) CKFR sent them proof of payment, and told me they would take care of it - not to worry. In all the time I have been using them, they *never* made a single mistake. And on the occasions that I needed to talk to them, they were most polite and helpful! I cannot imagine a better customer-relations experience.
