LAXers and Thread

Here are two low cap stocks that look like they're moving off their lows.

MPSI - closed above a major downtrend. If it pulls back and makes a higher low I think it may be a MIMBO in the making.

SEPC - coming off a low, its getting close to breaking above a downtrend line. Very high volume last week. Bears watching.

Any ideas on either?? Walker
