Spent some time over the holiday trying to figure out the trading patterns on this pup. I'm more confused now than when I started. I looked at competing internet information providers, companies providing research, even software companies selling information gathering software. Fundamentally, NEWZ is not really much worse off than many of them. However, my DD has indicated that although the indices on all the above are turning up, and many of the companies along with them, NEWZ isn't participating. Although I seem to get some accurate signals regarding it's short term price trends, I simply don't understand what's holding it down. Currently, my short term prediction (1-10 days) seems to be down. My signals appear to indicate a further drop in price over the immediate short term(1-10 days). The only other stock I was able to locate that even remotely trades in tandem with it is a small internet information provider called INFO, and even it is showing signs of life again. If anyone has any theories regarding NEWZ's trading patterns, or knows of any other stock that trades in tandem with it, I'd like to know. Maria... opinions??
