I have been in this stock for over a year now. There are lots of rumors floating around on the yahoo board about merger/acquisitions of MHR. Don't know if any of them are true, however, the company did say in its last conf. call that 4 "transactions" were in the works - no explanation of these transactions. MHR did hire an investment company to advise them on completing transactions so it seems as if something is going on. Just don't know what specifically. MHR discovered a new well with dramatic potential for natural gas production. I imagine that this well has created some complexity in completing these transactions. That's all I know at this point - hope it helps. Jeff
