I know that franchising and distribution rights are negotiated. So while Disney ESPN might be great, they may want exclusive distribution rights, or there could be a similar conflict in an agreement with a current ditributor, maybe Walmart. Any one of these heavy hitters can negotiate it so that they don't have to compete with a store a block away. I don't know for sure, but the answer is probably along those lines. Scott
