Hi Christine, We live in a small town, so it will be hard to find bean chips here. I will try to remember to look in Corpus. Is there, ahem, a flatulence problem associated with them?

It doesn't do any good to post empirical data on global warming here. There are too many Rush Limbaugh ditto-head clones watching that counter the data with ridicule. I only wish that I would have bought a copy of his "I told you so" for 50 cents when they were dumping them. It would be a great source of his predictions for the economic disaster that we should now be suffering because Clinton was elected and some of his other stupid rantings about global warming being something made up by liberals.

I realize that our drought is not the norm in the U.S. What is occurring is just what many scientists did predict, and that is wild swings in the weather. It is not a contradiction to foresee both global warming and a possible ice age from the same data. A huge increase in ocean evaporation caused by global warming could cause heavy snowfalls that in the Northern areas would not have time to completely melt in the Summer, thus causing more of the Sun's warmth in those areas to be reflected into space, intensifying the next season's snowfall.

I need to start posting at the ask god thread again, by once again posting Bible quotes that you never hear at church, or anywhere for that matter, even by the media that the wrong wingers are always claiming is liberally slanted, and anti-religion.
