Everybodys seen this hopefully. NEW YORK, Oct 24 (Reuter) - The New York Stock Exchange said on Thursday that it will suspend trading of Fruehauf Trailer Corp, effective immediately, and will seek to delist Fruehauf's shares. It said the company fell below the exchange's listing criteria. The company's net tangible assets fell below $12 million, its average net income was less than $600,000 for the past three years and the aggregate market value of all of Fruehauf's shares was less than $12 million, the exchange said. Fruehauf, an Indianapolis-based maker of truck trailers, filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy on October 7, 1996.
