Evening Bill & Folks: I see that a little extra exposure has generated the attendant disbelief from those who seem unable to visualize the many possibilities and potential.

To each his own. I have no problem with that. But it is somewhat reminiscent of what Don keeps telling us of. If these guys are so smart, how come nobody predicted the explosion in Internet stocks earlier this year. At least we did our part here, somewhat.

In this type of market environment, it is almost dangerous not to be exposed to something that isn't Internet related, as there is no telling where all of this may eventually take us. Fortunately for ourselves and thanks to our ongoing due diligence, most of us here are 'exposed' to FNTN at much lower levels and if anything we are averaging up our exposure, which is the correct way to ride a winner, as any one who has successfully done that with the likes of Yahoo, Lycos, Excite, Infoseek and Amazon etc will tell you.

To perfunctorily dismiss FNTN as a non-starter in this environment could be as big a mistake or maybe even bigger than all those who underestimated the potential of I-stocks and sold their internet holdings too early, or missed the entire sector move. Not to mention huge short positions in these stocks and the many who are potentially facing financial ruin as a result.

I was extremely impressed but not surprised by Tomato Man's report on his visit to Ardsley. We have known all along the managment at Financial Intranet are totally dedicated to their mission and are determined to make it a success. I am sure you all were relieved to learn how concerned are careful they are in how they utilize their resources with a particularly frugal mentality.

This may imply that they have had to prioritize in implementing some of their agenda in recent months, which may help to explain why the Internet Site may not been priority one, in the sense of merely throwing up something in the interim, just for the sake of it, which would not fit with their longer-term preferred intentions to launch a fitting site that truly reflects what FNTN wants in terms of an Internet presence.

To be fair, from the original data, it would appear that when FNTN was conceived as an Intranet company, less emphasis may have been placed on the Internet's importance at that time. I no longer believe this now, if anything it's probably the reverse. I think we are about to see a huge reaffirmation of their intentions for Financial Intranet to gain a significant Internet presence. Obviously from TM's account they are adopting a determined no holds barred approach to achieve this end.

To further put things into their proper perspective: Investing in a Million dollars worth of computing / high tech infrastructure today, is conservatively akin to owning a 100 million dollar mainframe as recently as twenty years ago. I think that fact alone speaks volumes about the seriousness of their intent.

Whether you imagine 100 servers at $10,000 a pop or 500 x Pentium II 400 Mhz screamers or what ever they have got, a million plus dollars in computing power in today's terms represents a system of awesome potential by any measure. And I would imagine that whatever Siemens has created for them, fully serves to underscore this point.

Obviously, they know where they are going with this and all of this may therefore imply that there is a lot more going on behind the scenes than we are privy too in that there may be already a level of demand in the offing to warrant this expenditure for needed resources.

I believe that the success of all of these FNTN related threads thus far, is due in large part to a diverse group of early birds who may have discovered a potential major winner ahead of the rest of the market that is essentially: 'An idea whose time has come or is about to come' and we are diligently following its unfolding progress with some degree of trepidation as each day passes. From the experience of just about every other major market winner as highlighted by Don, this trepidation appears to be a mandatory psychological ingredient or requirement common to emerging winners, especially during a stock's early days prior to embarking on a record breaking run.

I used to think it was hard to keep up with some threads, but the last few days it's been an effort to keep abreast of developments.

Great work and contributions by everyone

Have a good week

Rgds to all
