just another response from someone who lost incredible assets last year. press releases were part of reason to invest, the fact that no one claimed the process didn't work was another, and the statement that the local university had students involved for a class project was the final go ahead. do i feel grno engaged in some wrong? yes. do i feel it warranted that which has transpired? absolutely not. yes, part of that feeling is because of personal loss, but i have seen far worse lies be let off. the fact that business is going ahead is a positive sign, but as we all know, what we really need is a few orders. period. orders = higher stock price, money to spend on lawyers, etc. and no, i do not trust government agencies due to personal experience. this is not a damnation of all agencies, but a rule of thumb my father taught me was "50% of all lawyers graduated in the bottom 1/2 of their class." i expect problems to occur sorry that this rambles, it is late, and it is merely rehash of previous posts. i would be pretty pleased to recover 1/2 of my '97 losses in the next year or two. good luck to all who are still long
