I bought this at 10, sold at 14 and wished I'd hung on..Have been watching it steadily. went down below 16 once or twice, but seems to stay in 16-16 7/8 ranges. Seems to be a fantastic product, but I'm not sure about the company. It's been "up for sale" for about a month..I've been wondering, if it's so great, why no offers...what rumors have you seen? Far as I can tell, most contracts have been for "tests". Might be worth a try. you might check the yahoo board...I think I saw something there awhile back.
