Kel, re. CLMT,
* the balance sheet and cashflow look fine,
* they have had positive earnings almost every quarter in recent history,
* the stock is going up, yet
* the valuation of PSR = 2.5 and p/b = 5 look ok,

so I don't see any obvious attraction to shorting this stock. The only negative I came across in 2 minutes of looking at this is a lot of form 144's filed this spring ... but I didn't try to figure out who the sellers were, but you can look yourself at

Other than reading MarketGuide's capsule, I didn't pay much attention to what the co. does exactly. If you are familiar with their product or service, and you know that it has a serious problem, that might be reason to short it. Otherwise I don't see much compelling about it.
