Larry, the analysis I heard Tuesday was that USRX got hit big time (8.8% decline from yesterday's topped out runup)starting early Tuesday because an analyst (who won't talk to the press) indicted that they won't make their numbers due to product transition (from 33.3 to 56.6Kbps) due out 1st Q 1997. That led many of the network stocks to be hit as you pointed out, including a drop of more than 1 point for Ascend. So it's logical that MRVC also would be hit since they're part of the network hardware infrastructure group. That it didn't go down much more is of some comfort. Dee Jay
