Bill try this link chaostan.com it is the same story. Read it all to get some understanding of the writer thinking. It may not play out the way he sees it but definitely there is unrest brewing there which the US ignores. The French are not a stabilizing factor in the ME now, and see the events in Algeria, for some reason the oil markets ignore it completely. Haim
