Was it back in January, when all the seers on this thread were providing a road map for the Asian crisis?

There were a number of stages, I no longer remember them all with clarity. I believe one stage was, or should have been, "Asia is deader than a door nail," cries from the press.

"Most fund managers have lost their faith in all emerging markets." That is quite a sweeping statement. Perhaps this attitude will provide the necessary breathing room to allow these countries to restructure and revive.
