IDX beating DBII removes the last shadow on this stock.

I haven't seen the opinion yet, but it really doesn't matter how it reads. The case is over. DBII's only real threat in the AFIS market is over. The analysts can now project earnings from the TP-600 with confidence, rather than a very high degree of uncertainty. I believe IDX now controls the tenprinter market, which is growing rapidly. In my mind, this decision has to be worth a couple of dollars for the stock price.

As to legal fees, under the American system everyone pays their own costs and expenses. These costs have already been incurred on both sides.

I am eager to see the effect on IDX and DBII stock this week. I think we are in for a very good week for Identix.
