Hey Zeev, are these floorless convertibles the same as the regulation S which did Arakis in ? My thoughts on Harken; If these 12,000 and 9,000 BOPD flow rates were sustainable, why would they have to resort to this type of financing ? The reservoir they are getting this oil from is fractured limestones of the LA Luna formation and the rates they released were the initial flow rates, it is possible that they dropped very rapidly if the fracture system is poorly connected. MAD
