bgtit, Not that I would normally doubt what you say (it makes PERFECT sense) but we've recently learned via our ace from the place known as Wall Street, ernie de la fuente, who's known far and wide for going the extra mile doing HIS OWN due diligence, that he has uncovered the FACT that DCI Tele is not, REPEAT NOT, going to mail or otherwise officially distribute any notice of annual meeting. . ernie is convinced, and therefore so should we, that the Company will be saving corporate funds by having the time and place of the meeting posted on various Internet sites as well as the community bulletin boards at A & Ps and 7-11s at strategic locations thruout the 48 contiguous states. . SO, Please trot down to your 7-11 store later on today where you'll likely find the same high level of information ernie uses when flapping his gums and sharing on the internet. . I would suggest that you not hold your breath WAITING for any so-called "mailing" from this Company. ernie says that it just ain't gonna happen. ernie believes that we should all have full faith in his expertise in these matters.
